the staff was knowledgeable and the service was superb, so it was very enjoyable stay. i appreciated a modern decor and comfortable furniture. the pool area was excellent too. walking distance to the idyllic beach.

We stayed here for christmas, everything was excellant and it was in the ideal location near the station. Stuff was beautiful all day long. Rooms with separate toilet, very cozy bed and shower.

The breakfast was exceptional and the pool was heated. Garden areas were spacious and staff was genuine. Double room was practical with soft bed. The main bar was good and the drinks were free hot.

Hotel was clean and in a peaceful area just next door to Shin-Osaka, the train station and subway line. Functional & neat unit with very cozy bed, shower, as example. Shin Osaka district won't disappoint you. Also, I loved how handy the location was.
Wi-Fi was very poor tbh and there was too hard bed in my room.

Fairly clean, neighboring hotel, I loved amazing new rooms and RESPECTFUL staff. It was nice having central heating, an electronic key card and a work desk. Handy location, close to family mart.
